Why does a BDG Win deposit show pending or not received?

What should I check before contacting customer care?

Do these in order. Most stuck deposits are explained by check 2 or 3.

1. Open Wallet, then Deposit history, and read the status on the order. Note the time and amount.
2. In PhonePe, Google Pay or Paytm, compare the UPI id you paid to with the id on that order. One character off means the money went elsewhere.
3. Find the UTR in the payment details of your UPI app (labelled UTR, transaction reference or UPI reference, 12 digits) and check it against the UTR you submitted. A typo here is the most common cause.
4. Check the amount paid is exactly the order amount. Rs 500 against a Rs 499 order does not match.
5. If your UPI app or the bank SMS shows the payment as processing, wait. The platform cannot credit money the bank has not released.
6. Do not pay a second time, and never re-pay to an old UPI id. Create a fresh order if you want to recharge again.
7. Go to Account, then Service Centre, then Customer Service, choose the deposit issue, and give your user ID, UTR, amount, time and a payment screenshot.

BDG Win deposit not received today: what does a same-day delay usually mean?

If you paid minutes ago and the wallet is still empty, the likely reason is the bank side. UPI normally settles in seconds, but on busy evenings or during bank maintenance the money can sit in processing.

The second same-day reason is the UTR. People paste the order number instead, or miss a digit. Reopen the payment in your UPI app and copy the reference from there.

If the payment is marked successful and the UTR, UPI id and amount all match, the delay is on the platform’s side and it is time to open a ticket. The platform does not publish a credit time, so ignore anyone who says it credits in ten minutes.

If you paid to an old UPI id or the wrong amount, be realistic. Customer care may help once they see the proof, but nobody, not this site and not any agent, can promise a reversal. The platform publishes no credit or refund time, so any such number online is made up.
